I mostly recommend this guesthouse, with homey athomsphere, breakfast and dinner arrange in reasonable price, with generosity and family care. The first thing when I arrived was to offer me tea, bread.. sweats and tasty homemade jams were always on the table. I loved that village, you can easily walk on the hills and trails and enjoy the amazing nature all around.. there's a canal that runs in town and lower the temperature. You can witness there herds of sheep's and horses. for all these reasons I find Karabulak village more authentic and a better choice then Saty which is on flat surface and full with too much accomodations. I came for one day and stayed three days. Wonderful experience. and special thanks to sweet 13years old Kausar (the guesthouse is called by her name), while I was there the mother and her sisters were away, and she, together with her father, were cooking, preparing everything with love and care. It was great to witness her being so mature and caring. Thank you 🙏

The location is truly magical — right next to the river, with a breathtaking morning view.. The yurt itself was beautiful, and our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities, especially in the bathroom. The heated flooring was a luxury we appreciated in the cold weather. Madiyar, the host, was extremely polite and accommodating. Even though we checked in very late, he arranged everything in advance and shared instructions via WhatsApp, including how to operate the doors and heating — which was very helpful for us as first-time visitors from India. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. To top it all off, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. We slept so peacefully in the calm surroundings, room was soundproof. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolsai.

The quality of the beds and the good working of the shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Breakfast good but the restaurant is a long walk down the stairs on the mountain and then back up!

Very clean, new, comfortable and efficient room with nice balcony to sit outside. Parking right outside the room in closed yard. Hosts were very nice and accommodating as they helped me with my poor planning. They helped us with local info and setting up ride to Lake Kaindy which was great. Dining area was very clean and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Thank you!!
