Very clean, central location, great staff!

Spacious and clean. The location was also good and close to nice cafes and restaurants. Staff was friendly and have good command of English.

Everything was more than expected. Best hotel we ever stayed at. A++++ customer service. Everyone could communicate with multiple languages. Staff were the best. Even the security was the best. Hotel smelled so good. Hotel was so clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was more than expected with variety and the taste was spot on. The best breakfast ever for the price. Close to everything. Probably one of the safest hotel we ever stayed at. They definitely need more hotels like this in the US.

Beautiful property , prime location , nice and clean. Customer service staff went beyond and above to accommodate us . The pool, the gym and the spa were beyond belief and the best , out of 5 countries that I visited the last 2 weeks .

Location - it was in the middle of downtown, near Mini Big C, ATMs, night food market, walking distance to major attractions, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and near Mekong River Park, which is so lively at night. The room is huge and clean, and the staff were so friendly and proactive. I will come back again.

It was very near the night market and river walk. The breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit and plenty of choices for me. The coffee was perfect. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed

Stayed here for a few nights, the garden view was pleasant and it felt quiet at night, a nice break after busy touring days.

Great rooftop restaurant with panoramic city and river views, best at sunset. Everything else done quite well.
