What we loved: Serenique Resort is a true gem for anyone looking to disconnect. The setting is stunning—completely surrounded by nature and incredibly peaceful. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, which was a delicious mix of traditional Sri Lankan and European dishes. Location: Excellent! It’s the perfect, quiet base for visiting the main tourist sites around Kandy while still feeling a world away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a calm and serene getaway.

Very nice hosts. Good location away from the loud city center which is still very easily accessible by bus (or tuktuk). They have an entire food menu like a restaurant and great food.

His dedication and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. Upul went out of his way to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect, from arranging special requests. His warmth and professionalism truly set the standard for hospitality. The culinary experience at W15 Hanthana is another reason this hotel stands out. The food was absolutely delicious, with a menu that expertly combines local flavors. Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. In summary, W15 Hanthana is a paradise for those seeking luxury, comfort, and a deep connection with nature. The breathtaking views, exceptional staff and delectable food make it a destination I wholeheartedly recommend.

Location was amazing. Set up in the hilly jungle. The residence itself was very funky and cool.

I really liked the welcome they give u, all staff properly trained on guest care, as I arrived Kavisha was very welcoming and throughout my stay she was inquiring n getting feedbacks plus the new wing rooms were super luxurious and has the vibe of a modern hotel! Food was excellent as well!

The views! The high ceilings, it was spacious, staff was extremely helpful. Best stay out of my three month trip to Asia

A great place to abandon all your usual life to emmerse yourself in Mother Nature, where you wake up on an endless scene of green mountains and only the voice of birds and various animals with a humid cold breeze. The swimming pool is a refuge after a day of tourist movement. The breakfast is an English style one with toast, butter, jam, fruits and omlette. You may have some monkey visitors in the front/back yards (don’t feed them). Expect to see lizards and mosquito repellent is a smart daily companion. Finally, the host, Mr. Smith, is a great help that he dedicates himself to make you happy by coordinating your trips from/to the hotel. Besides, the other two staff are very friendly and dedicated to provide the best service. On the top of everything, the people in general are very nice and friendly.

The architecture is superb and high quality. Owners welcomed us and make us feel at home. I recommend everyone who is travelling to Kandy, to try this place. It is worth the price.

The most incredible views! Lovely private retreat. beautiful private boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations. Booked for 1 night but extended stayed here for 3 nights with my friends and we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nice, really large and it had a balcony with amazing mountain views. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The staff and service, meals and facilities. Highly recommended. Will go back soon.
