Staff was very responsive and accommodating Great location, it’s not facing the road, very isolated and quiet. Old building is a grand place, big clean rooms and renovated bathroom. The pool with the common area is a good addition to the villa. Very nice and quiet place.

A gem of a place. Tranquil and beautiful with views of the lake. Pool was clean and inviting. Rooms were spacious (we were in the family room) and all the staff were wonderful. It was a short tuk tuk ride to the beach which was loved to do. Great food to boot.

Location is great. 10 min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants within 10-15 min. Staff is very friendly, helpful, breakfasts are great. Facilities are simple, but new, no bed smell, everything looks neat. 6 or 7 houses only, which means that you would be almost alone all the time.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is ideal, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. There is also a great restaurant attached and a really nice communal area to relax. Overall good value. There is also a very sweet dog called Bingi.

Was a relaxing holiday and great celebration on Xmas eve put on by the hotel. Fantastic rooftop bar and amazing food in the Japanese restaurant.

Exceptional service, lovely garden with clean and big swimming pool. Much better than on the Bookings photos. The hotel is quite fresh, just 2 months from opening, managing with diligence and love. Super friendly manager, asked for feedback and promised to fix all minor issues.

Excellent location to the beach, shops, and nice, cozy restaurants. Amazing helpful staff. Clean and tidy place with basic amenities and excellent breakfast. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing, the hosts were so lovely! The property is clean and inviting, the breakfast was superb! One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka! They have a local tuk tuk driver that you can call from reception, the property is in walking distance to the town.

Beautiful property right on the beach with a lovely pool. Rooms were beautiful with good aircon. Staff were amazing. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Christopher for making our stay so comfortable.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay! It's a bit calmer than other locations as it is not at the main road.
