The staff is very nice however we just have an issue with the person who is at the Starbucks back area he did not acknowledge us to get our orders we were waiting for 20 minutes yet no acknowledgment which is very rude for him not to do that apart from that everyone else is very good

Everything about the hotel was beautiful. Specially the staff at the reception Mr Rabih, Mrs Mariam and Mr. Tarek. They were super helpful and made our stay even more pleasant from their kindness
