Location is perfect You need to cross the street to reach the mall, super market, barber, bar, night club and coffee shops

The location is amazing, mall 3 minutes walking and tons of all types of cosine restaurants. The hotel has 3 different party style clubs that are are entrance fee free if you stay in the hotel. Given the hotel atmosphere don’t expect a quiet night in your room. Yes, overall review; if you are coming to Marrakech to have fun, this place worth at least one or two nights from your trip

The rooms are very large and clean. The reception staff were very accommodating and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect, in a vey calm area still not too far from the city center.

The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The pool was clean and fun to use. The breakfast was good.

It's an amazing experience when I choose to stay in Jaal Riad. It's clean quite and high prestige hotel and staff very friendly and kind all of them.

Oumaima from guest relations got us off to a wonderful staff with her warm hospitality. She contacted us even before arrival to assure us our visit would be pleasant and it was indeed! She welcomed us in person on arrival, staying later than usual to do so as we arrived late in the evening. She also escorted us to our room along with Mohammed who took us aside to serve us tea and cookies while he checked us in. Such excellent customer service is what makes Movenpick an all time favorite when we visit Marrakech. The property and grounds are very well maintained and a beautiful oasis to retreat to while in the Red City. Thanks to Oumaima, Mohammed and all the other wonderful staff members we interacted with including Hanane and Zak for an excellent time. The daily breakfast buffet was well enjoyed and the daily check in messages were very appreciated. I look forward to returning to Movenpick and highly recommend this 5 star hotel and experience.

I had a lovely Stay at Savoy Hotel Everything was perfect From the beginning till the end A big thanks to Doaa from guest relations and Ahmad from reception who made my stay memorable and for their hospitality. Definitely i’ll visit this place again

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I found the bed particularly good. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff: they were SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to assist me (i.e: for instance with sending me the invoice that I had forgotten to ask). All in all it was a 10 out of 10 for me. If I come back to Morocco next year, I already know where to stay.

Everything apart from the AC and the unavailability of white rice in the buffet.

Location, Confort, Staff, Breakfast

The food at the in-house restaurant and room service were both amazing. The free breakfast was incredible. The entire staff was helpful and kind. This was my first time in Morocco. I vastly preferred to stay here vs a traditional riad in the Medina. It was really comforting for the taxis to know exactly where to take us. The staff helped us Americans avoid some mistakes, like not knowing to reserve tickets online for popular sites of interest in advance.

Good short escape i had an amazing day in this hotel the entertainments were amazing the staff were very friendly and also the beautiful voice that I won’t forget the singer nawar who made out stay more beautiful thanks to everyone ❤️
