Anything and everything about this Riad/hotel and its staff is just exceptional. Every person/staff from front desk to the security personnel is amazing, and super helpful, they did also help us arrange transfers , train reservations questions, safe storage of our luggage when we took a 3 day Sahara tour. Our special note to thanks to Anas who went an extra mile to help and guide us with information and pointers almost every day of our stay at the hotel. And to top it up the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jemaa El Fna Square. The rooms we stayed at over looking the square, were sound proof quite well and as desired.

Amazing place! Excellent staff, very clean and perfect location. Very good and diversified breakfast. Nice rooftop pool area. The only negative is the ongoing work in the rooftop spa/hammam area, which is bothersome if relaxing at the pool or in the room during the day.

The riad is beautiful, the decoration, the rooms! I had a experience ay Sherazade, breakfast includes lots of food, sweet and salty, the Moroccan tea and the coffee is great.

A warm welcome although we arrived very late at night. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is less than 2-3 mins from Jemma el-FNa square.

We had a lovely stay at the L’oranges Riyadh in Marrakesh, and breakfast was a highlight. Achbani offered quick service with a variety of traditional foods to try in the beautiful rooftop environment. Mohammed helped us get accommodated, gave great suggestions about the area, and was active in helping recommend and book excursions to enhance our trip experience. Ayoub helped us go to our hammam and was there for us whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Thank you to the team for our wonderful visit!

Wonderful stay in the heart of the Medina! The riad was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to the caretaker for all his help and recommendations, and to the lady who prepared the meals and looked after the rooms for her warm hospitality. They made my stay in Marrakech truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our visit and the staff were so very helpful. We ran into a lot of trouble when I left my carrying case in the taxi from the airport. It had my computer, but most importantly - our passports. The front desk staff called the manager (Bada) who then tracked down the taxi driver (using our receipt) and arranged for me to meet him where he had dropped us off. It all worked! I was so amazed at how they were able to go above and beyond in helping us in this dire situation. It was such a pleasant stay for us and the hotel is right beside the Medina Market with is teeming with exciting things to do and see, great food too!

I loved the people who work on the reception. They are so kind and helpful, 10/10. Place was cleaned every day and is comfortable.

Staff, location , traditional decoration, wi-fi, best hotel in Marrakesh- would come again without hesitation ; we came on two separate occasions with family , had 3 rooms - all wonderful; the showers were hot and the beds comfortable; the staff is there 24h and really helpful with everything !
