Our stay at Tigmiza was absolutely exceptional. The entire property is stunning — everything is extremely well maintained, spotlessly clean, and constantly being cared for. There is always someone from the staff making sure that every detail is perfect. The food was magnificent, truly impressive in both quality and variety. The staff here is extraordinary — we enjoyed a high level of personal attention throughout our whole stay. They were incredibly kind and made us feel completely at home, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. This hotel exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best stays we have ever had. It sets a new standard for hospitality and excellence. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

The food and drinks were outstanding, with excellent quality, variety, and presentation throughout the stay. The personnel were exceptionally pleasant, attentive, and genuinely warm, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, refined, and very well managed.

I loved the Tent lodge with its wood burning fireplace, the opulent decor and the green oasis with its well cared plants. Mayam and Nora were very helpful,arranged for transport and made my stay very comfortable.Asma at the restaurant got me whole wheat bread.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating; the owner personally attends to his guests.

This place is like an oasis! The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable and we had our own private terrace. Koutar and Imad are super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and service was quick. Quiet peaceful place to relax and get away from the busy city. We only stayed one night but I will definitely go back and stay longer, highly recommend this property.

The expansive gardens and tranquil water bodies create a palpable sense of peace, making the entire property feel like a private oasis just minutes from the bustle of Marrakesh. We reserved a Deluxe Villa and were thoroughly impressed. It was incredibly spacious and featured its own private, stunning garden and pool—perfect for relaxation. The only minor note we had was that the furniture, while elegant, felt as though it required a slight upgrade to match the villa's overall magnificence. The service, however, was flawless and truly stood out. Room service was fast and efficient. Being able to contact the concierge instantly through WhatsApp was a game-changer; they were consistently fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. This was best demonstrated when they managed to secure a spot for us at a very busy, popular restaurant in the city. Beyond concierge assistance, the hotel offers excellent practical amenities, including a great private car transportation service and even an ATM on-site, ensuring we had everything needed for a seamless stay. They prioritize guest comfort, offering many amenities tailored to provide a great rest. Without a doubt, staying at The Oberoi was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. A massive thank you to the entire team for their dedication and service, and especially to Mr. Mamdouh for his outstanding leadership. Our experience was five-star, and we look forward to returning.

Perfect stay in a very charming, classy place. Every small space is perfectly decorated and tended to, the pool area is so relaxing and perfect and the staff is impeccable. We will for sure be back!! It’s a drive to get into town, but we loved ending our days with a visit to the Medina and then returning to the calm of this place.
