First of all Mr Sanjay the manager of hotel was the perfect manager that I have ever met; he is a perfect consultant who is very knowledgeable and helpful in giving advice about the island and activities, with a very welcoming face and shining smile. My stay at SAMURA Panorama Hotel was absolutely excellent. The hotel truly lives up to its name, offering breathtaking panoramic views that make every moment special. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with great attention to comfort and detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, making it perfect for leisure stays. The location is another great advantage, providing a great sea view, easy access to the beach and downtown at the same time, while still offering peace and privacy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend SAMURA Panorama Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an unforgettable experience.
