The hotel was very nice! We stayed here for 2 nights - the room was very clean and the perfect space for 2 people. The location was great, we went to the fasti store that is underneath the hotel a few times to get drinks and snacks! One day we even walked around the town, it’s very safe and there are so many different stores and stuff to look at! The ladies that work there are also very very nice:)

Hôtel Klimt was absolutely clean and comfortable. The location is superb. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, large, and well lit. Had blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Check-in was fast and easy. Great value! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Xalapa.
