Very Clean, looks brand new, very friendly and great service , quality and price.. We stayed because my family had sports activities in Metepec and it became a perfect option . We will stay next time here for sure

This property looked like an Hacienda with lots of detailed charm. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Very clean all throughout the Hotel. The garden was so beautiful and we even got to go to the chapel.the restaurant was delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it.

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and personnel was extremely courteous.

The hotel was very nice. The carpeted floor was better than stepping on tile in the chill. The street noise was negligible too.

All great, no problem and exceeded my expectations. It's a business class hotel, and reflects good in all the details. The room had bathtub with tub, comfortable chairs for works, a desk, a table for dinner. Good TV channels.

location is excellent, and the building itself is very nice.. Beds are very comfortable, good a/c. Staff was great.

Apart from the price to stay over for a night, nothing else.

The reception hasn’t sent the payment receipt even after 5days past since I left, even though I was told that it’s gonna take a few minutes after check out.

Close to everything. Staff was very kind and it is great for people with limited mobility too! Everything was clean and comfortable as well.

Customer service was awesome! did enjoy my time at the hotel. Breakfast loved it, as it was buffet. Didnt take pictures as i used too, because i went to Hell and Heaven festival and at the end of the day we were crushed.

Clean hotel with excellent location , the bed very comfortable and big enough

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable, made daily, and clean towels were supplied daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again.
