Clean, everything was great stay , great staff

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here

After decades coming over and over it is still a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too.

Fantastic location right in the middle of everything so much to do eat see, very comfortable room, very friendly staff. Decently comfortable bed, huge towels, plenty of storage even an entire closet. At this price point I didn't expect it but the staff came in and cleaned the room and changed the towels and stuff for a 2 night stay.

Very peaceful and comfortable, beds were great, rooms were super clean. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the food was good quality. Lovely people and friendly service and overall excellent value for the money paid. It’s not luxury but you’re not paying luxury prices.

Landscaping was exceptional. The entirety of the hotel site was clean and well maintained. Location was central to central Texcoco which allowed for many shopping and dining opportunities. Hotel rooms were minimalist, but posessed lots of charm and character. WiFi was strong and continuous.

The room and the staff kindness

This had all I needed for one night start before a flight in the morning. Thankful for the shuttle service to airport. Kind staff.

Close to everything. Staff was very kind and it is great for people with limited mobility too! Everything was clean and comfortable as well.

It is an older hotel that captures the ambience of Ixtapan de la Sal. You feel a bit to be part of the town. If you want a safistacad modern chain hotel look elsewhere. We really enjoyed the stay, the gardens and the breakfast.

All great, no problem and exceeded my expectations. It's a business class hotel, and reflects good in all the details. The room had bathtub with tub, comfortable chairs for works, a desk, a table for dinner. Good TV channels.

One of the coolest and most comfortable hotel in Toluca, excellent amenities, rooms are spacious, clean and functional. I will stay definitively again here

Customer service was awesome! did enjoy my time at the hotel. Breakfast loved it, as it was buffet. Didnt take pictures as i used too, because i went to Hell and Heaven festival and at the end of the day we were crushed.

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable, made daily, and clean towels were supplied daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, huge comfy bed and large TV with netflix etc. Also a very nice hot shower and free toiletries.
