Very helpful and friendly staff in all areas!

We've been excited to visit the hotel for some time, and it still exceeded our expectations. 40 rooms, but still feels intimate. They've done an incredible job providing top-notch accommodations while honoring the history and infrastructure of the textile factory.

Everything ok only little overcooked

Having a private bedroom with private bathroom for a good price fulfilled my expectations. Customer service at the reception was very good.

Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us.

Verily clean and comfy, also great location

The property is outstanding in every way. It’s a 1700’s hacienda that has an integrated luxury boutique hotel and 5 star restaurant that rivals any other in the States. The rooms have the feel of calm luxury spa. The staff could not be more attentive. They have a nice business center that doubles as a family room of sorts. Their restaurant and menu is broad and the quality of the food is very very good.

Central location, small 5 rooms

Good location in downtown Qro. Close to many bars,restaurants,cafes. Clean and no problems. Not noisy as the rooms are set back from the street.

The location was convenient to the mid-town area. Could walk to attractions and restaurants.

Only the location and the price. You get what yoy pay for. I only used it for a quick stop at queretaro so it wasnt so bad.
