Fourth stay here. Cozytainer is improving better and better. Ideal place for a short stay. Property very clean. Staff warm and friendly. Food at the restaurant great. The hostess as always superb. Will definitely be back.

The location is very strategic. You can walk along the lake, healing with nature, take a picture of big tree, and enjoy the crowd.

Hotel of recent construction where everything still looks new. Modern plumbing and all other appliances, efficient and friendly management. A strong point: its position in Taiping. Coexisting with the luxurious Taiping Mall, i.e. with numerous cafes, restaurants, shops (including a large supermarket), boutiques, various services. The site became a new center of social life in Taiping. Another strong point: an open-air swimming pool on the 7th floor. Still another: wifi strong and stable, band-width comfortable.

Only the location is good at the town area.

no breakfast, my room interface main road, so very clear sound from car.. and after midnight, motorcycle race this area.. really noisy

Room was super spacious and clean. Location perfect, middle of town, access to any restaurant was near. Staff wad friendly.

Great loaction, walking distance to almost anything you need. The hotel also provide parking coupon.

The hotel is extremely quiet. The location could not be more central (about 12 mins walk to the train station/short walk to main attractios). The King size bed was extremely comfortable. The air con was decent, likewise the wifi. Water pressure too. All big ticks. I felt very comfortable staying here and can therefore recommend this place; let's be honest there really isn't much choice in this small town for budget accommodation. And as a contrast to the first receptionist, when I checked out a younger lady was friendly and courteous.
