This hotel located at Tabuan, easy to find the hotel. Surround with supermarket, restaurants around 1km. This hotel is very clean and smells good. The lift only allowed customers to go straight to their room level only. The receptionists are really friendly. This hotel allows us to have late check out until 5 pm by paying an extra RM 25. Room is spacious and clean. Aircond is functioning well. Lighting is very good. Water pressure is high. Toilet is clean. Iron need to request from the receptionist. Parking is provided. I really enjoy staying here. Will definitely come again

Avenier, the manager (not sure if I spell her name correctly?!), was very helpful & professional. When I first visit/ck out the hotel room, she was very accommodating & informative. She’s a great asset to yr hotel! Overall, am very satisfied w/our stay & will surely recommend to others. Free breakfast is a bonus! Food fm the hotel restaurant is delicious!

i like the breakfast, the coway water, the real inhouse plant, the receiptionist all doing great.almost imposibble to have that kind of breakfast with this budget price.surprisingly got minibar.d wifi n smart tv also thumbs up for kids.

The room i booked meet my expectation and requirement. It's a big room, and its clean. The service staff are efficient, we requested to top-up for shampoo and dish detergent, and they manage to arrange within the day.

Location, price. When you go down, there's restaurant, no need to go outside to find food. Because there's many restaurants.

The beds were clean, toilets updated and no musty smell, the landlines and room service were prompt; if have money will return again

The place was nice.. staff very friendly.. They explain all the things we needs.. got their own laundry if we need to wash cloth just pay rm10 for wash and dry at the lobby.. Good services.. hopefully they will always like this.. very affordalable for long stay with low budget..
