This is my third time staying here. So you can consider the number of my stay here as a compliment to their good hospitality and service.

The room is pretty and clean. The bed is comfortable, The staff is friendly and it is near to famous Majedah if im not mistaken but it was good.

Decoration of the room is superb. I was amazed when I step in the room. It feels like enters a wood lodge. Big space for the washroom and shower room. Consistent hot water with good water pressure to enjoy a hot bath after came back from my travel around Ipoh town. Love this hotel. Definitely choosing this hotel again for my next trip.

Clean bed linen/towels hotel room with window and working air conditioner, a chair ...good value through booking.com. Jason, Syah and Nizam are assets to the hotel. Provide hair dryer for my wife too.

All was good...value for money

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The room is not so big but we're a couple, who needs a big room when all of the basic things you need are all there. The bed is comfortable, 4 soft, fresh smelling pillows +1 in the cupboard, clean white sheets. I love the quaint bathroom, bath tub, the artistic design on the mirror creating an illusion. The towels are quite old, not as white but smells fresh and looks clean- no problem withe at all. I love the soft, pipe-in piano music on the hallway as i exit and enter my room- a mood enhancer. Most of all, i love the breakfast. There is always something new everyday. I enjoyed every meal i ordered at the Limestone Restaurant on the ground floor. Serves french cuisine- so delicious, the price is comparable to the food that you can eat in Chinese restaurants outside of the hotel. I will certainly stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was very nice and a lot of parking place too. No issu regarding food to. Near the hotel had food court n food near also tasty. Really enjoyed.

If thrs mirror at the dressing table will more comfortable. And tv operate procedures.

I had such a great stay at Case Colney Hotel in Ipoh! The staff were incredibly friendly way more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV even had Netflix and YouTube; I thought it would just be normal channels! The bed was really comfortable, and staying here for 2 nights was totally worth it. The location is also super convenient, very close to Ipoh town. Yes, it’s an Indian area, but honestly everyone there was so warm and welcoming. There’s even a mart right across the hotel where you can get any essentials you might need during your stay! Overall, highly recommend. Amazing hospitality and a very comfortable stay!
