The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made the process very smooth and hassle-free. i like the environment and cozy decoration. the minimalist room is perfect for relaxing and releasing stress. the air conditioner works well and there is also a fan. mattress is very comfortable, and I slept very well. overall, this Airbnb deserves recognition. Very convenient and accessible location. I love the comfort of the room. We booked this quite last minute but turned up the most pleasant experience. The check in process was seamless. Trefoil apartments next to Setia City Mall connected by a sky bridge. However does not recommend M Trefoil apartment. Host requested deposit RM100 added to actual cost and did not refund the deposit until today (8 days since check-out). Please choose other apartments.

Far from tourist attractions in Selangor state.

Far from tourist attractions in Selangor state. If you are here for work, then its a good choice because Setia City Mall is within 5-10 mins walk, complete with pedestrian bridge connecting Trefoil Residence to the Mall. There are some good eating places in Setia Taipan and Eco Ardence, provided you take a Grabcar. Bus service nil.

Bad experience.

Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Its so rude! I never met a management that uses this ridiculous method for return back customers deposit! Can you imagine what i feel right now?

Unresponsive host.

Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.

The Ardence sky studio Unit No. Block A Level 12 Door No 16 Tel : 011-6276 7996 The landlord received a deposit of rm100, and did not return the deposit to me for more than 72 hours. However, it has been written on his list that it will be refunded within 24 hours~ I called him and he didn’t answer, and he didn’t reply to the message saying when the deposit will be refunded ~
