The property was very comfortable and nice. We had a much better experience with the morning staff then the evening staff when we arrived. The morning staff were very hospitable, sweet and provide an excellent breakfast. They also wished us a happy wedding anniversary before we departed.

We had a wonderful stay. Very friendly, helpful and enjoyable couple. We were close to center and an easy walk. We would recommend their B&B. Great breakfast and a pleasing atmosphere.

The appartement was spacious and it was very well equipped.my toddler loved it.heating system,shower,dishwasher and a dryer which is extremely good.all cookware was available.was but too cold to sit outside but they had nice patio heater that made it quiet possible.staff very helpful restaurant was amazing.the walks there very nice with the view.and it is very secured location.plenty of space for kids to play and a swimming pool access.

Very welcoming place with wonderful outdoor seating, indoor living room/bar and spacious breakfast areas. Breakfast was to dy for!! Beds were very comfortable and room was meticulously clean. Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me. Can’t wait to go back.

To me personally Thorn is undoubtedly one of the hidden gems...

To me personally Thorn is undoubtedly one of the hidden gems in Nederland. It is pretty small village but well connect with the nearby main cities. Thorn is very close to the Dutch - Belgian border and Mass river is the border between the two countries here. It is a pretty small quiet place with plenty of cobblestoned narrow roads ready for you to walk or bike. Every white house poses add an unique dimension to the beauty of this small village. Not to mention it has a fascinating history to its white houses which is quite the contrary to the classical Dutch architecture. You could explore a bit in internet to find a lot of its history. If time permit, the museum is the must visit as it offers a lot about the local culture & history. For kids it is a special attraction as they can do a nice treasure hunt! There are a plenty of eateries big medium small which fits the budget of everyone! The place feel quite cozy specially the eateries & restaurants which are mainly located mostly two sides of the church on one of the cobblestoned road. When you keep walking down the archetypical cobblestoned narrow streets , you will surely get lost in your memory. You will continue keep clicking your camera as there are numerous photo options waiting for you that you will surely slow down ! This is a place to take a pause from your busy city life, relax, rejuvenate & have an absolute immersive experience which you will surely cherish for ever!!! It could be best visited during summer sunny days as it will offer you longer days to walk, to bike or just relax on the bank of Mass river!!! It is a must recommended if you like to fall in love with offbeat places!!!

Thorn is a very pretty town and easy to walk around.

Thorn is a very pretty town and easy to walk around. The houses are mainly white and the town is clean and well maintained. There is an Aldi supermarket near the Thorn B&B which is handy. We ate in two of the restaurants - De Wijngaard which was very good and the Crasborn which was okay. Both are quite expensive but I would say that De Wijngaard was worth it. The Wigngoed Thorn Pinot Gris wine is delicious.

I recently stayed at Parc Maasresidence Thorn and had an overall pleasant experience. Positives: Design and Comfort: The design of the hotel room was both comfortable and luxurious. It felt very welcoming, and I was very happy with the ambiance. Staff: The cleaning staff was extremely nice and polite. Overall, the staff was very caring, and I particularly want to highlight the reception staff. I interacted with two women there who were really nice and helpful.

Lovely, peaceful setting, close to the historic centre of Thorn. A comfortable, covered outside terrace in a beautiful garden make it a perfect place in summer. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and even called us to check we were OK when a sudden storm appeared when we were out. I would definitely recommend it.

Property was a lovely well equipped house with direct access on to a childrens play park. The property had everything you would need for a great stay and close to Thorn, which is gorgeous. We went to the beach to do the paddle boarding which was great and hired bikes- great fun.
