The room is spacious, clean , has everything you need for the trip. Staff is helpful. Spa and gym is a bonus. There is laundry and iron on the first floor. We like the July and will definitely come back.

The breakfast was a little weird, we had to wait for them to come to our table and get our order. Not so many options available, considering a hotel breakfast. But, what was available was very good.

Worst place to stay, bad service from the owner and staff.
Worst place to stay, bad service from the owner and staff. Dusty room, the room heater doesn't work and i was freezing the whole night, there is no 24/7 service, the front desk is closed at 9PM and opens at 9AM so there was no one to help me with the rom heater. The small fridge/cooler was not working so i couldn't put away the things i had went to purchase before i checked in. I am still waiting for my refund for the 2 nights i did not stay there due to bad service. The owner had be signed a paper stating i will be refunded since 3-22-2026, I have not heard from her and her team and its now 3-26-2026. bookings,com has everything on record.

It was a great experience overall.
It was a great experience overall. The location was wonderful once we found it, although it was a little hard to find at first. It didn’t end up being a big issue because there were plenty of shopping centers nearby, which made it very convenient. The parking lot was good and easy to access, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the double beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, the sheets had a blood stain on them, which was very disappointing and affected the overall impression of cleanliness.

We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad...
We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad condition. Broken flush button on toilet, cracked window seal, mouldy smell. We approached the manager to complain but she wasn't very cooperative. She finally swapped us to 2 single rooms and all went well. Mattress on one side of bed was a bit too soft for my back so I ended up with a stiff back.
All in all good value for money hotel in the single rooms.

The room was good, but there were no shampoos, creams, or any bathing kits provided. Also, there was no pantry where guests could make coffee or prepare instant food. There was no reception desk either, so you couldn’t ask for help on-site. You have to go to a different location about 300 meters away to collect the keys, which was quite inconvenient. The place is also a bit on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Although there is one direct train, you still have to walk around 20 minutes from Halfweg-Zwanenburg station, which was quite irritating.

The host went over and above to accommodate us with early key collection and making our trip easier with 2 small kids. Host had provided cot, baby High chair, baby bath, and the plastic bowls for the kids were great. Plus a box of toys. Really appreciated it. Lovely little welcome touches, bubbles and snacks on arrival. A great little stay. Would absolutely recommend. It was completely stress free. Close to the train station and only 2 stops to Amsterdam Central. Also 15 mins from airport.
Would stay again.

Very nice accommodation, very comfortable, very easy to get in and out of.
Easy to get to Amsterdam or the Keukenhof garden.
Lovely arrival message from the host.
Great communication.
Good bedding and good shower as well.
It has good internet too.
Nicely decorated, modern air stylish.
It has big rooms and it's own entrance too.
Hard to complain about anything .
We highly recommend it.
