A great place to stay if you are planning to visit Preikestolen / Pulpit Rock. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes away by car. The check-in process was very clear and easy. We received detailed instructions in advance, entered the code to access the hotel, and then used same code to enter the room. Everything worked smoothly. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There were not many people during our stay, but we felt very relaxed and safe. The common areas were also very nice for resting, and it was great to have free tea and coffee available during the day. Breakfast was included, but it is good to know that it was not a hot or freshly served breakfast. We simply picked up a prepared breakfast bag from the fridge. Still, it was convenient and worked well for us. Overall, a very good option for a short stay near Preikestolen.

This is great place to stay. The room is very clean and host is very friendly. 10 minutes driving from here to Pulpit rock! Excellent breakfast. Strongly recommended.

Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good.

Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good. I was disappointed to find that what looked like a charming character country hotel was adjacent to and overlooked a transport depot. Also the breakfast was pre packaged. - sandwich and fruit and ja juice. I didn’t appreciate not having a choice. Having said all that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable with a pleasant vibe.

Incredible views and a great space. It's as good as it looks in the photos. The location is great. I can understand why this place is booked up so far in advance. We loved the cinema room. Easy access instructions to property and Jim was very responsive. Parking easy. Would recommend the boat tour Jim organises. Sushi place in Tau was great too. Jacuzzi worked well - really easy to figure out.

This was amazing areal in a quite place, so much activities for kids or even adults (gameroom). Even laundry. Everything to be satisfied. Amazing view in front of hotel on the the lake. Location +++. We spent a night in a tent. room clean, comfortable bed. Breakfest very tasteful. Would give 11 out of 10. Would love to return in a few years again.
