Perfect location at the end of the old Misfah village. At the trail start to the falaj and other longer trails. Quiet and clean. Beautiful views from most of the rooms and from the roof top terrasse for an excellent breakfast. Owner very helpful.

Location is absolutely fantastic, right above the village, with private parking. The rooms are spacious and clean and the view is amazing from the rooms, too. We were happy to find a room with 3 single beds for the kids. The staff went above and beyond with every occasion. Omani hospitality lives up to the expectations. Wandering the paths through the old buildings and along the terraced plots of land is so peaceful, especially after the day-tourists have left. The apartment is located close to all amenities and within walking distance of a beautiful palm tree forest and a cafe within it. I used it as a base to explore the region. The apartment is well equipped and value for money. The bed is comfortable and the area is peaceful and quiet. I stayed for three nights and I would return for longer in the future. The hosts were very good and responsive.
