From the shuttle from the airport to the hotel registration and proceeding to my room, all went smoothly. Staff are friendly and speak english, though i wanted to practice mi espanol haha. Room is super clean and truly comfortable. Tour taxi are also available at the location and had amazing time touring the city. Overall, awesome and memorable experience. Food provided were just yummy.

It was just exactly what I was looking for in an unexpected overnight stay until my flight the next day. The beautiful receptionist was very cordial, and helpful! A gentleman helped me with my heavy luggage to the second floor! Very reasonable, and perfect for a good rest. The air-conditioning was divine!!!! The room was clean!! Water pressure in shower was great!!! The hot shower after a long flight (8 hrs)was great!!! The cold shower in the morning was great!!!😊They even have a free shuttle to the airport!!!!! Awesome for the incredible price! Will remember this place on my next journey! Thank you! Muchas Gracias!

We were a family of four... it was our first time travelling to Panama so we were a bit nervous not knowing what to expect however after getting there.. it felt like a home away from home.. it was comfortable..it was clean.. the host responded almost immediately whenever we asked a question..the location was good enough for what we needed. Would stay here again.

I needed a place to stay for one night in between a night...

I needed a place to stay for one night in between a night and early morning flight. Price & location was important to me, which is why I chose this location. As a female solo traveler, feeling safe is very important, and I felt very safe here. I arrived late at night & it was raining, but I got a super good vibe from the host immediately upon meeting him. He met me out on the street when my Uber arrived. In the morning I booked a ride back to the airport with the host. The only downside is that the house is directly in the flight path, so it’s loud. For me, I only had about 6 hours in the space & needed a place for a quick rest, so I didn’t mind much. The space was clean, convenient, the host family was super friendly, and I felt so safe! Great spot for a quick layover.

The only downside is the price of the food outside of the...

The only downside is the price of the food outside of the duty free zone. There is only 1 coffee shop and its very expensive. Also there is no hotel in the airport but there are some options near. Aside of that, everything was nice.

The airport if fine and functionable but not very memorable.

The airport if fine and functionable but not very memorable. It's a jumble of far too many stores and just overall a sensory overload. It was a relief to get out of the airport but i suppose that's not dramatically different for most others.

The new terminal "C" is spacious clean and definitely not...

The new terminal "C" is spacious clean and definitely not crowded. TSA was efficient and well organized. We were able to get through that in record time with no delays. The food area is well laid out and stocked with a variety of restaurants and stalls. It even has a Gluten Free stand which I have never seen in an airport and truly a great service for those of us that are gluten free.

We've now flown through Tocumen Airport a couple times on...

We've now flown through Tocumen Airport a couple times on Copa Airlines on our way from the U.S. to David (and on to Boquete and Volcán) and back. We are not fluent Spanish speakers, but most of the signs are in Spanish and English and many of the staff are bilingual, which greatly eased our figuring out where to go to catch our flight. Entry through Immigration and Customs went smoothly and our luggage has arrived undamaged each time (we did use Air Tags just in case). Returning home was equally smooth - baggage check was easy and Security moved everyone along at an agreeable pace. No surprises. There are plenty of shops and restaurants at the airport if you need to grab something to eat. One proviso: We flew Copa Airlines back to the U.S. and they required us to pass through a second Security check at the departure gate. I'm not entirely sure as to the rationale for this, but it went without a hiccup and we boarded and departed on time. So far, our experiences flying through Tocumen have been positive, unlike what we encountered back in the U.S. at Dulles, which I would absolutely recommend avoiding at all costs if possible due to poor and confusing signage and angry and surly TSA agents.

It's about 30 minutes car ride to Panama city, and I loved everything we did. Panama Canal, visited monkey islands, beautiful islands, old town .… great seafood, Columbian food ..enjoyed every food we ate.

Smart entrance and check-in area. large clean room with 2 king size beds, good shower. Fridge in the room. Reasonably quiet considering it's alongside a busy main road. Secure parking right outside. Pleasant large swimming pool within the centre garden. Reasonable restaurant. About 7 minutes from Terminal 1 and 10 minutes from Terminal 2 Panama City Airport..

when I arrived at the airport I had problems with my bags and my cell phone. Thanks to the hotel staff I was helped and they were very kind to me. for me it was the first time in Tocumen and they took me with their car to the city. quality-price right! (it is a good thing that the transportation is included in the price of the reservation).

We booked this hotel on short notice. It is conveniently located close to the airport and next to a mall. The hotel has the usual standard of a business hotel, nothing spectacular, but with the usual amnemities. Breakfast was very good, combining continental, American and Panamanian foods for a very nice combination of options.

This hotel is a lot cheaper than other places in the area and I'd possibly use it again if I had a long layover between flights to and out of Tocumen. The 5am shuttle was useful but I think there are only limited times of day they operate so worth checking. The room was clean and the place looked secure.
