All staff was very friendly, from reception, cleaning people to the people serving breakfast upstairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. Two highlights: fantastic breakfast in a fantastic patio. Superb location, 2 minutes from Plaza de Armas.

This hostel is a real gem next to the plaza mayor, the location is absolutely amazing, 100/10. The owner is very nice and friendly, he keeps the hostel clean and comfortable and warm, the room is very nice for the price and even though the shower is a bit unreliable, I always had hot water.
