Staffs were satisfyingly accommodating. The place is also elegant-like. I would recommend this to other peers considering the property has a pretty view of the sunset. The resort is also neat, and clearly well maintained.

There so many mosquitoes inside they are not willing to help about the problem. The heater when we use it afects the light going on and off. Toilet is crap.

The room was clean and the AC worked great. The hotel concierge Lover (first name) was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure chatting with her about the hotel and San Remigio. She made the stay even more enjoyable. Someday I hope to return.
