so grateful to have experienced such authentic hospitality truly a charming place didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise!

They upgraded my room which is located at the beach camp resort (beach side) with better amenities just across the road since there aren’t any people in the actual observatory building. the place is much nearer to the bar so i can easily order food/drinks. The sunset was excellent to cap off the day.

Beautiful staff Also an amazing free breakfast There are no sea views (short walk to beach) so don’t pay extra on booking Free shuttle to whit beach and mall which saves alot of money

The amazing views, the amazing surprise waiting in our room They made a 1st anniversary arrangement that was very nice with complementary cake and chocolate It was super nice it made our whole trip! U dont worry about anything because the staff got ur back thru it all Special thanks to Sheena from reception! The beautiful serene beach, the stuff is pure hospitality, and very helpful they will see to all your needs. Truly 5 star hotel. And also offer free shuttle to local destinations.

Staff/service, breakfast, room

Large room and very clean. Staff hotel from front desk to housekeeping were super helpful. Robinson's supermarket is just downstairs makes getting food and drinks so convenient. The hotel breakfast we purchased is well worth the price.

Great beach bars and fish restaurant nearby.

The room was totally clean and smell really good. The stuff was fully able accomodate us perfectly, anything we request they will response quickly.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, facilities were fantastic, the hotel was next to the beach front and everything was well maintained.

It is very welcoming and spacious. It’s located further from the central area yet still within reach. So it’s quieter at the beach side.

If I ever return to Boracay, I will undoubtedly choose Sur Beach Boracay Hotel again. It truly feels like coming back home, where warm and caring staff are ready to welcome you with open arms. In addition the staff keep the hotel very clean.

Amazing place with incredible and professional staff members . They were always available for us, breakfast is delicious and they have free shuttle to the center anytime you need. If back to Boracay, we are staying here again for sure
