Everything about the hotel was just spot on, and the location being next to the Robinson Mall is fantastic, seemed I was always trecking over there because I had forgotten something or decided I needed something there. Also I found the absolute best restaurant I've been to in the Philippines in that mall, it's not in the food court. Can't remember the name but it's the first fancy restaurant as you walk in the main door from the hotel side on the right. You may know by the gleaming white pants that the staff wears and the colorful menu at the front door.

Breakfast was Amazing, With all the choices available, Food and drinks during dinner, plentiful for the price, staff was very helpful in every department.

This is by far the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at! Not only because of the rooms, aesthetic, or the amenities.. but the staff were amazing and very helpful! 10/10 would stay again.

The pool was amazing, the water in my bathroom was hot, and the staff was friendly. Please be aware the bathroom was clean and "Asian" style. If you are expecting a "western" bathroom, don't. The important things are clean and hot water.

We had an amazing stay with my family. The room was clean and comfortable , the location was excellent with easy access to the SM PALAWAN and nearby attractions, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our trip even more enjoyable.
