Excellent staff and the service is fantastic

The breakfast offered a variety of choices. They made sure that the food always meet the customers expectation. Kudos to the owners who were very accommodating and maintained the Hotel's cleanliness and hospitality.

Everything about the hotel was just spot on, and the location being next to the Robinson Mall is fantastic, seemed I was always trecking over there because I had forgotten something or decided I needed something there. Also I found the absolute best restaurant I've been to in the Philippines in that mall, it's not in the food court. Can't remember the name but it's the first fancy restaurant as you walk in the main door from the hotel side on the right. You may know by the gleaming white pants that the staff wears and the colorful menu at the front door.

This is by far the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at! Not only because of the rooms, aesthetic, or the amenities.. but the staff were amazing and very helpful! 10/10 would stay again.

The pool was amazing, the water in my bathroom was hot, and the staff was friendly. Please be aware the bathroom was clean and "Asian" style. If you are expecting a "western" bathroom, don't. The important things are clean and hot water.
