When We arrived on December 24th 2025 @ 4:00pm. there was no one to greet us, doors were shut and no one inside to open it all lights were out, without any sign of life. I was confused and disgusted that no one was there to accommodate us. I was ready to look for another hotel or place to spend the night after standing there for 40-+ minutes in cold knocking on the door and ringing the bell with no response. As i was getting ready to leave and find another place to stay stranger walked his dog and I asked him if there is anyone here to receive us and he told me not today this is a Christmas Eve, and everyone is at home celebrating Christmas. He proceeded to tell me to go to back door and let myself in and just get a room keys are hanging on the wall. As we walked in cold and discussed yes there was several keys hanging on the wall behind reception desk so I picked one and went upstairs to check the room out and when i opened door there was 6 beds and I didn't think it was the one I rented than I went downstairs and got rest of the keys from the board and started opening rest of the rooms finally after 3rd try there was room with two beds and that was the one we moved in to. For rest of the stay no one ever showed up to greet us or check we were on our own. Last day as we were leaving now there was man behind counter not speaking any English so I couldn't ask him what happened and we just left. That is not the way to run business when already everything was paid for in advance looked like they cared less after. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Thank You.
