The room was great. Peace and quiet at night. Simple breakfast. Staff excellent. Plenty of parking near the reception. Excellent for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything, including shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions. The room was very clean, and one thing we really appreciated was the ample closet space. It's one of the few hotels we've stayed at where we had plenty of room to store all our clothes comfortably. Communication with the staff was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Another huge plus was having a washing machine—it made things so much easier. Highly recommended!

It must be my 4th or 5th visit to this hotel so I think this this is proof enough that I like to stay there. For me is like being home but in Azores. Staff is super friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good in my opinion. The parking in the backyard is very convenient for parking your car at any time. In the surrounding you are going to find good restaurants. The room itself if quite comfortable and you will have everything you need during your stay in São Miguel Island. Totally recommend this place.

Great service from staff, delicious continental breakfast, comfortable and spacious room and parking space included. Only a short drive to Sao Miguel and the big hypermarket. Loved the pineapple farm setting and beautiful lemon, guava, avocado and banana trees. I will definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing…. Great place to relax and unwind. Very quiet and serene. The staff were superb…. Courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed an old fashioned made with butter. Best old fashioned that we have tried. We had a fantastic experience!

Daniela and the rest of the staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. They seemed to take pride in doing their jobs well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a variety of vegan and otherwise options. The swimming pool and spa were the cherry on the top.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing. We were treated like family . Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the Breakfast.

Great room (and rate) and facilities/amenities. Staff always courteous and helpful at any hour of the day or night. We never had a meal at the restaurant, so no thoughts one way or the other on it.

We booked a weeks stay and oved the villa and the location. João ( the resort owner) and the Reception team were very friendly and attentive and ensured our stay went well. The villa had high quality fittings throughout with some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. For horse lovers and riding enthusiasts, you can book personal riding classes on the resorts prized Lusitano horses. Our daughter loved her classes! Theres a llovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi too.A fabulous experience and we cant wait to come back when we are next in the Azores. :) Thank you.

Excellent front desk staff, bar staff and cleaning staff

Everything was wonderful- and I don't normally say that. Overall, yes, are you in town by the development, sure, but the awesome breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, and easy parking make up for it. (I just parked for free outside the entrance door- unsure if this is just off season luxury or not). The rooms have balconies and I really liked the smooth lava rock they used for it. Also the twin room mattresses were so comfortable. I also really loved the wood closet thing in the room. All the design details and cleanliness was so appreciated, and I wish all hotels were like that. I would gladly be back, wish this exact hotel was available around the usa and world actually. If I'm ever to the Azores again, I plan to use this hotel on any and all flight nights or for any other reasons just to regroup and relax. I wish I had tried their dinner, but I ate in the bar, and the breakfast and both of those were great. The staff was also really nice, and they were so particularly nice. And they spoke English (sorry for my lack of Portuguese). I really have to say I deeply appreciated the management, cleanliness, and design of this hotel, you could just tell from the front desk manager, to the trainee, to the room service/housekeeping, to the breakfast and bar staff. And I will hopefully be back!

Incredibly nice people! When they found out that my flight was delayed (due to high winds delaying our landing until 7am the next day), they offered to give me a late 3pm checkout for free. And the people at reception (both the lady and the man) were so kind and friendly. Kept an eye on my car and showed me how to drive to an amazing seafood restaurant by the ocean (Caloura restaurant)
