The location is very good, close to the center and also about 30 mins away from the main hiking spots. The breakfast is quite good, and they have a good selection of foods for dinner and lunch as well. Very comfortable beds, and clean. Sauna and pool were very convenient after long hikes as well

Quinta is about 20 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes from highway with a car. If you prefer silent and peaceful cosy stay after a whole day of walking around the island and with delicious local food and pleasant staff at the end of the day, this is a place you'll enjoy. In the morning tasty fresh breakfast to give you strength for hiking on levadas or just being lazy, as I was 😁. Definitely recommending ☀️

I only stayed one night. Dinner and breakfast was served in the large dining area and had a wide variety of options, appealing and delicious. -- The staff went above and beyond to help with my last minute reservation. I had to wait for a short time and they provided me with temporary wi-fi access while I waited to check in. -- The location is beautiful, the pool and ocean are in competition for your attention. There is a boardwalk behind the property that invites strolling early in the morning or into the evening, offering views of the sky worth capturing in photos.

Gorgeous property. Although almost nothing is walkable in the area, the property itself was gorgeous. The rooftop is spacious and well maintained. The pool is great. The staff is very kind and we dined at the restaurant every night. It is a convenient location if you have a car. We would love to come back.

Villa Camélia Boutique House is truly a gem. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant, thoughtful details throughout – every corner feels stylish and curated. The pool area is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. We had a wonderful experience and are already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommend!

The location close to local restaurants and own access to the ocean is exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, staff friendly and professional. Most of the tour companies picked us up at the hotel, and for the ones in Funchal it's only 30 minutes on the bus with the stop right next to the hotel
