PakistanVery Good Hotel in aziziya Makka...The staff is friendly and Hospitable. Only 10 Minutes to masjid ul haram by taxi. Location is Good. The Big Mosque is the nearest. Taxi charge 15 Rial Usually...Busy hours 20 Rial. All over the experience is very good. Very good restaurants and shopping malls are nearest to the hotel.
And the Gawa and dates on reception available most of the time are awesome.
Note: If you are coming by taxi ask him to go to the opposite street of Discount Store or Top Ten store. Near Baldia Aziziya.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional...
The staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional throughout our stay. In particular, the receptionist was dismissive and failed to listen to our concerns or offer any assistance whatsoever.
Furthermore, the condition of the toilet and bathroom was wholly unacceptable. Both were damp and remained flooded throughout our stay, which was unsanitary and distressing.
In light of the above, we would strongly advise that this hotel is not suitable for accommodation and we would not recommend it to others.

The location was excellent, walking distance to Haram Baab Abdul Aziz. the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and linens and towels all very clean. AC was working great. Shower was perfect to warm temperature.

I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no...
I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

The address was not existent, keep taking you to tunnel in the high way and once you are out it says you should go back. The contact number provided is out of service. Booking has no facility to deal with such urgent issues!

The location is very bad , Since it is in very weird location and it is in the mountain , The street in the path to hotel is very bad.
It is quit hard to reach haram and come back to the hotel.
Short location is very very bad.
