The manager and staff were extremely helpful. The manager was running around on the road to find our Uber, which was extremely kind of him. The location is a bit far but keeping in view the rates its ignorable.

Bathroom area very very small,

The hotel’s location was excellent close to Harram within walking distance also providing a shuttle, easy access to Market and a good quality of food at their restaurant.

Every thing, the location is very close to haram,the staff especially at the reception Naser,very friendly and welcoming and smiling person , thank you Naser, the breakfast was really good, even we tried the dinner once , worth what we paid for , the view from our 12 floor room , very relaxing , even the house keeping welcoming staff, even the room was comfortable and clean

The staff at the reception were excellent. I would like to especially mention MOHAMMED from the night shift—he was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team, especially Supervisor AHMAD SULEIMAN, ABDUL QUDDUS, and RAHMATULLAH SHAH ALAM. They were all very friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

A little far from the mosque but highly recommended professional staff and very clean rooms and toilets

Hotel was very clean. Location is very good, close to Haram. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Staff very helpful and quiet area.They provide buses during Ramadan to and from Haram. Rooms are super clean.
