It was a home away from home. Customer service exceeded my expectation. Magnus was more than a host. We are now friends. He is such a humble loving old man. He checked on me more than 3 times a day. He brought some Swedish cuisine from his wife for me to taste as a welcome. It was my first time in Sweden. i aws humbled by his love and generosity. I will definitely book again with him. Very good Hotel. Everybody was very nice. Its at the core of the town, and the people are very welcoming and warm.

This property is beautifully located in the center of Trollhättan, by the canal waterfront. Scandic Swania was built in the early 1900s as a city hall.

It was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the fixed menu dinner was one of the best I have had! Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
