United KingdomThe check-in was super easy with Lisa greeting us at the restaurant. She is a very friendly host. The venison soup dinner basket was splendid - a perfect treat after a long day hike. We forgot to leave the keys after checking out, and only found out on our hike out to Nikkalouta. Lisa was very understanding and instructed us to leave the keys at the mountain station for them to collect later.
