I love everything about this place. I visit is often. This trip, my family and I stayed 2 different times. It truly feels like home. The place is clean and cozy, and the staff is amazing. El Paseo del Carmen is literally steps away with cultural food and vending tables. There is also varied entertainment every weekend for the entire family to enjoy. We will be visiting again my next trip.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, what drew me in was everything being pink. Very cozy rooms with amazing views of the volcano. Almost the perfect location within walking distance to most locations being close to city center. Edgar and Natalie were really big help with anything you needed whether to help with places to eat or local attractions if you’re visiting for vacation. They were also able to provide airport transportation at any time of the day which was a plus. Everything was clean and spacious and had no issues with checking in or out. Definitely would recommend this place to stay to others if you’re wanting a 5 star service and hotel experience.

Amazing views. Área extremely clean. Amenities were suitable for couple traveling. Telescope was a nice touch!

Hotel Berlin is an excellent place, very clean and the staff very kind. I love it. From now on I know for sure where I am going to stay when I travel to San Salvador.

Location, amenities, and pool!

One of the best buffet breakfasts we have taken in San Salvador. Spacious restaurant, never too crowded. Personnel very kind and willing to take care of us.

The garden is beautiful! The staff is the nicest! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone from the parking attendant to the waiters and the front desk made our stay very special.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel experience. Beautiful grounds, great bar, wonderful restaurant. The bar staff were amazing. If you want a fantastic cocktail made with amazing attention to detail then this is yor spot.

Breakfast was amazing. They had a good, kid-friendly variety and included in the price! The location was fantastic, for it was walking distance to the Museum of Art and many other attractions.

The breakfast was outstanding, providing many choices; the staff was professional & very helpful at all times. The location was excellent in traveling to & from the main city. Very relaxing with the plants throughout & beautiful.
