definetly a more authentic thailand experience, with a jungle back drop. super friendly staff with home cooked meals. interesting lizards and geckos can be found anywhere around the resort, and some ponds with cool fish. The pool is clean and great after a hot day in the sun.

The rooms were very comfortable, nice size and clean. The staff was the best ever to accommodate date us with every need. The slider pool was really fun for the kids and having access to the beach right across the street was incredible

I have almost only good things to say.

I have almost only good things to say. Calm, and private, which is what we were looking for, but still just a short motorbike ride to the bigger towns or tourist attractions. If you want a calm private place to relax as your base with a great, kind host that speaks good english I highly reccomend staying here. I would stay here again and reccommend it highly if you want a calm area. They will help you with renting bikes at a good price, transfers and everything to make your stay better. My only remark would be how most days (atleast this time of year end of nov-start of dec) the beach would get littered with debris and plastic. They usually cleaned it early in the day but the wind and waves would bring just as much back the next day. Some days it was very clear water though! It depended on the waves. 10 min with a motorbike to the west you will find what I consider the most beautiful beach on the island though.
