Strong value. Near busy through-street linking multiple beach areas of western Phuket (but not the beach-front road) - can be mildly noisy on patio but also accessible - 6 of one, half dozen of other.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed.

The location is 5 minutes from the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to 7-Eleven in either direction.The manager is always available to help and will assist you personally.He can get you a taxi and recommend things to do in the area. He helped me with a lot of things including trying to get transportation.

I had a great stay in this hotel from start to finish. As soon as I made the booking, the helpful receptionist Bright got in contact with me regarding airport pick-up options and from there on in he helped me with lots of useful advice and tips via WhatsApp. The hotel itself is fantastic value- rooms are spacious and clean with WiFi and air conditioning. I was also lucky enough to have a room on the 4th floor with a balcony which overlooked the sea. It was lovely to wake up to the crashing of the waves each day. The location is also magnificent, it is less than a minute to the beach and surrounded by mini markets, restaurants and whatever convenience you can think of. I would 100% stay here again.

Love it. Breakfast buffet included in the price of the room, even for the people who wake up late. The restaurant is also very good for dinner (buffet and a la carte menu available). Rooms are comfy and very quiet.

The location was up on the hills 10 minutes away from Kata Beach, which is stunning. They had a good breakfast and quiet room, and the staff was friendly and helpful answering most of our questions thoroughly.

Excellent beach location. Rooms were very large and a ton of storage. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They work like a great team and genuinely care about making your stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and modern. It was a pleasure to chill there after the day's activities. Special thanks to the cleaning team — they do an amazing job. Breakfast was outstanding. The chef surprised us with different dishes every day!

The staff helped make our stay very comfortable. The hotel is definitely a 3 star, but well worth the money.

We spent 6 wonderful days in this hotel during October 2023. In general we had a great experience in the Princess SeaView Resort and Spa. I would like to share the next aspects of our accommodation in the hotel. 1. The room was clean and sunny. Every day hotel staff cleaned the room and renew 2 drinkable water bottles. The room itself was large enough for comfortable accommodation of 2 adults. The view of the Andaman Sea from our room balcony was astonishing. 2. The hotel had a free every half-hour transfer to and from Karon Beach. It is very convenient when you don't want or don't like to go to the beach on your feet. By the way, we usually walked to the Karon beach by ourselves. Not far from the hotel you can buy different Thai fruits. For instance, mango price was about 40-50 thai baht per 1 kg. 3. We liked buffet breakfast during our stay. It was included in out booking. Every day we had a good choice of different meals during the breakfast. 4. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We always got required answers for our questions.

I was very pleased with this hotel; I don’t think you’ll get the same deal for the same price anywhere else. I loved the room, comfortable with a loooot of storage space, and all of the facilities working without any issues. The room was cleaned every day and our towels were renewed anytime upon our request (we took them to the beach). The shower had hot water running at all times, and the AC worked well throughout the entire stay. There was also a big smart TV in our room. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a spacious balcony, with chairs and a coffee table. A small suggestion to the hotel would be to place some drying racks for clothes there; this time we put our wet clothes and swimming suits on the chairs, which also worked. The location of the hotel is perfect. Since the hotel is not facing the main street, it offers a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We honestly couldn’t hear any noise coming from the street or from our neighbors. Also, there are laundry, nice Thai cafes and coffee shops, local vendors with Thai street food, and convenient stores—all within 2-5 minutes away from the hotel. The walk to Kata beach takes us about 15 minutes, and it’s always a pleasant walk through the streets with various cafes and shops. The walk toward Karon beach has taken us slightly longer (~25 minutes, but Kata is a nicer beach anyways 😁). The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to Kata.

Location is excellent. 3 mins walk to karon beach and 5 mins walk to kata beach (I personally preferred karon).
