It’s old, dated and looks like it’s set in an industrial wasteland. Poor signage also led me to the back of the building, not the front. The day I went the lifts were both out of action so I had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs (32 stairs) even though my room was on the 2nd floor. The small room had no kettle, tea or coffee. (The lovely ladies at reception agreed to lend me a kettle - it was broken! Then they gave me one that worked. I bought my own tea/coffee.). This whole place gave me the impression of having been abandoned decades ago and just rediscovered.

The location and the condition of hotel and room is good. The hotel is modern, good bedding and have some choices of egg & Thai food for breakfast. The parking is spacious and the size of the room is good and can fit our luggages.

Excellent staff and perfect room! Steff allowed me to use my passport as collateral instead of the 200 bhat deposit - which was very nice of them... thanks guys! Location is right next to train station and minutes from the border...🙏👍

Great value for money, lots of parking, have EV charging as well, very nice staff, fast wi fi, great swimming pool and gym.

Location is good, room is pretty quiet, staff is super nice, the manager especially, hope he gets a fat raise, he's the only one who's fluent in English. Would book again if ever.

Pleasr fix ur telephone in room.207. Its hard to come and down for some room request since ur phone nonworking for receptionist.
