Amazing breakfast deliver to your sweat and romantic hut, beautifully set in the jungle itself. Everything is homemade, super tasty and fresh, you can tell! Also the staff was prepared to answer our questions and manage all of our bookings with diligence and a smile. We recommend people to engage with the activities offered at the homestay because not only it helps support the elephants and the local communities, you also get to see their culture in action: we visited a village, a waterfall, had a river side lunch made inside bamboo sticks and got to walk and bath elephants after learning about them. Hua was a great tour guide and as a local himself shared meaningful information about their traditions, language and life context. We are very grateful with everyone involved in this worthy and loving project. Do not miss it people!

Exceptional experience staying with the White Karen people at Lazy Mango Homestay. The entire experience was magical, from the friendly reception of packs of dogs and cats to the daily visits from the mahouts and their elephant pals! You can feel here that care and love for animals are pure and without any ill will. Cha and the entire team made our stay amazing! Randomly came across this place after not loving Chiang Mai. This was one of the most peaceful places I have ever stayed at. The family hosting was so lovely, the grounds were gorgeous, peaceful and so blissful. They cooked me a huge amazing dinner during sunset, sadly I couldn’t eat much because I was feeling really icky from Chiang Mai. I took a bath under the moonlight that came through the big glass windows, that was spectacular. Host speaks great English and is so helpful, he drove me to the airport in the morning. Close to nature, wildlife and elephant sanctuary’s. I wish I could have stayed longer, or hope to come back in the future :)

Included in the price was not only a fantastic breakfast but a wonderful dinner! Both meals were delicious and unexpected. The location is ideal: on a main road but far enough from the road not to hear traffic. Our stand-alone cottage was nestled in the corn fields and included many exceptional amenities. My favorite? A beautiful bathtub with an open door to nature outside.

Really good facilities, surrounded by nature. The food was great, specially the breakfast. I did an elephant tour and they let me do late checkout so I could take a shower after the tour. Perfect stay.
