The staff is pleasant, attentive, and always smiling to help. Everyone feels welcome and respected by their professionalism and concern. The manager is polite and professional.

Overall it's good. the pool is salt water. It is in an ok area a good massage place near 3 different markets in walking distance and a gym in house and nearby

What an amazing place for a retreat. The room itself was clean, spotless. I was worried about the insects and animals because of the wood scenery. But was only welcomed by the sight of cows and their bird friends (i dont know what kind of bird). There are only few rooms which helps for the privacy and quiet atmosphere. Staff was so nice and welcoming.

It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend to anybody.

This was my second time to this iconic hotel. Needed a reset after being away for two months and this was exactly what was needed. This is not a place to check in and then spend your days out and about. This is a place to reset, train, eat good, detox, get focused and all in the grounds of a great facility. This a stand out facility for the fitness minded or those that want to change some habits. Its the total package. There are classes, there pools(one is world class ) We had this many times to ourselves!. The food offering is brilliant with FRESH being the basis of all they offer. I would recommend for everyone regardless of how fit or unfit you are. The rooms are great , clean and have all that is needed. The staff are the main Key to this hotels success! Nothing is too difficult . We will go back again
