Staff, room - clean and comfortable and spacious. Great air conditioning. I needed to go to the hospital to have a painful ear looked at and the owner, who speaks excellent English, came over with his wife to help with translation! They organised a scooter for us during our stay too.

The room was okay. Nothing too special. Big bathroom with nice hot water shower. Nice having the mini fridge. Bed was okay and reasonably comfortable. Our air con didn't really work well but we were all settled in when we realized it and didn't want the hassle of moving to another room. Thankfully, the weather was cool enough that it didn't matter. Good location, close to everything. Enjoyed exploring the town of Sichon. Almost zero interaction with the staff. Totally fine stay for the amount we paid.

This is a wonderful, new (opened in 2025), family-run boutique hotel with just 5 rooms total, on a nice beach just south of Sichon. Rooms are brand new, spacious and sparkling clean, with an accompanying small outdoor eating area facing the beach, etc. Nice new/modern coffee shop on site with optional American breakfast, and nice restaurants within <1 km driving or walking distance to both the north and south along the beach road. It's a very quiet area overall, so one should come here for needed R&R, not for night life!
