The staff are very friendly, it has a beautiful view of the mountains, the coffee- ice or hot cappuccino are excellent! Make sure to pet the cats while you enjoy your coffee.

Absolutely fantastic location next to the river and nestled next to a farm. Misty mornings sipping on coffee and sunsets on the rooftop were spectacular. Staff were friendly and made sure things were in order but mainly just let you enjoy the peace and solitude of an amazing setting.

Very very nice Hotel .Nice Bungalow with very large comfortable bed !! The breakfast super and had everything and more. Very good coffee!!!! The host and the whole staff very helpful and generous!!!! Will stay here next time we are in Pai!!

The staff is friendly, room is a little bit old, but spacious & clean. The surrounding is superb, overall atmosphere is peaceful. I wish I had time to stay here longer. Thank you for a great stay.

I had the best sleep ever in the dormitory room and it's very worth the price.

Very comfortable and clean cottage. Very simple, not much too it. Quiet and chill all around. Staff was friendly and easy to check in/out. For me the location was also good, for some it might be a little far out, bit of a walk into the main part of town. But again, I didn't mind, I appreciated the distance and the quiet that comes with it.

This place is perfect! We were so close to all the restaurants and bars but just a short alley away from it all to have your own little safe-heaven. The staff were very attentive and chill. The pool area was great!

2nd time staying here- and again just a wonderful stay. Our favorite in all of Thailand. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the view is just amazing. Excellent for the price. We wanted to extend our stay but they were fully booked for the dates we needed so we had to go to another place where we paid more and got way, way less. This will always be our place when we visit Pai.

First of all, it was so much better than expected. I expected a somewhat crammed city house, but in fact there were more like Bungalows spread around a garden courtyard. Nice sitting area right outside the rooms. Both the room and the attached bathroom were very spacious and clean enough kind of a thing. There is no restaurant or bar anymore, but in Pai, you really don't need Guesthouse restaurants, as there are so many lining the streets. The location is superb, right in town, just maybe 200m from the bus station. 7 eleven across the street and the night market on your doorstep. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it can sometimes be difficult to find any staff. However, when I finally found a member of staff, they changed a broken lightbulb on my terrace straight away.

Everything. The location, a few blocks away from the Walking Street but quiet and calm. Close to 7-11, amazing local restaurants nearby, scooter rentals and laundry service 5 min walking. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice (omelette, coffee and juice, cereals, toast with jam). The room was small but clean. Cleaning service + water bottle everyday.
