It doesn t offer much facility / services etc, just simple clean accommodation.

Staff very nice even though they manager is the only one who speak English The hotel is beautiful. It very new. My tv did not have signal and they changed my room. They also allowed me to check out late because of my late flight :-)

This place is awful. The older lady at reception has a really bad attitude. The big dog that lays at the entrance attacked my dog. No one came to apologize for what had happened. My dog was very scared and didn’t want to move from the bed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bringing their pets here.

It’s a very neat and clean hotel, comfortable and spacious room tucked away from main road with very friendly and helpful staffs, daily room service. We had a wonderful time.

Peace and quiet ,near to MRT station.

I like the theme of hotel. Fish pool,little waterfall outside the building. The shower separated from toalett. Everything was great 👍

Novelty of being above the bakery was fun. Great Value (very inexpensive) Perfect Location in Bangkae, very close to MRT Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating Cakes in the Bakery were good as well Access to the room unhindered even after shop was closed. Laundry service was affordable and prompt. Bathroom was quite large All dislikes below were not consequential

Great very clean and fancy for the value. Amazing staff, great location easily walkable to big Buddha and the floating market. Very comfortable beds.

My room was huge and clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 36 days. There are 2, 7-11 stores right around the corner in a busy little authentic area, full of street food and near a busy street so you can grab a taxi to many attractions not far. The price was so affordable for the length of time I stayed, and it really felt like home.

Everything was clean. We were provided with a welcome coffee/tea and water. Also there were some free snacks at the first floor. The stuff was really helpful and polite!

Everything was perfect. Although we stayed for 1 night, it was made memorable by the Hotel staff. It was my wife’s birthday and they helped arranging a nice table along with river. They helped me keeping it secret till the last moment.

Close to the main activities/sights I wanted to see

The location is fantastic, the hotel is decorated so well and so clean, and the facilities were terrific and the staff were so welcoming, helpful, inviting and caring. We couldn’t have had better care anywhere!

staff was nice and helpful. room was beautiful. bed was great. room was cleand every day. They gave us free water bottles every day. Hotel was really beautiful at a great price. The lobby is great for having meals even if you bring food from outside. You get what you see in the photos

It is exactly as advertised. A comfortable, clean, good value stay in a convenient location at the intersection of two MRT lines. Although, there is no reception, the self check-in was super easy and the host responds immediately to any questions made through the app messaging.

Big hotel with full space and well equipped.

Well located if you like using public transportation, it has a bus stop 500m away, we used it everyday to move around. The place is clean and it matches with the images, bathroom is big enough and clean as well. The bed is big and clean, and the mattress is more towards a hard one, which for us was a bit rough at then end of our stay. Overall we liked the place, there is food around and food court and easy to use public transport.

The swimming pool is beautiful with an amazing view. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Big Boss.

Prompt service and spacious rooms.

It was tucked away so it was really quiet, but a 10 minute walk down to the main road and train station. Super accessible
