Right in the middle of the island, not far from one of the piers where the boat from Koh Samui gets. Room was very nice and spacious (we got a beach view one) which was right in front of the swimming pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for more! Another super plus is the girl at reception. She is super professional, honest and always with a smile in her face. Would def come back!!

Great place. Get a bungalow close to the sea. You open the door make 10 steps and you hit the sand. The full moon party is not close ( if you are going for it ). The rooms have an AC, big bathroom and the cleaning service is on point. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a bar and a restaurant in the venue. You can rent a scouter from the garage next to the hotel (15 meters away from the main entrance of the hotel).

This place is honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff were amazing very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It actually felt like the owners themselves were taking care of the guests because of how warm and personal the service was. They pay attention to every little detail and always make sure you feel comfortable. The bed was super soft and comfortable, probably one of the best parts of the stay for me. I slept so well here. And the air conditioning was unbelievably cold seriously perfect, especially after being outside in the heat all day. Everything felt cozy, relaxing, and well taken care of. You can really tell they care about their guests and want everyone to have a good experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Definitely would come back again

If you are looking to do some muay Thai in Koh Phangan, this is a great place to stay as it was a couple of good gyms. There's also a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area, and it's walking distance from the pier. Since it's quite central, if you hire a scooter it's also a good distance between areas in the south and north.

Beautiful island of Ko Phanghan.

Beautiful island of Ko Phanghan. Thong sala is quiet and busy. Lovely buzzing Pantip market, close to the ferry piers, easy to get around. Beaches are ok and sea is very tidal so no chance to swim here

This hotel is not a party place.

This hotel is not a party place. It is for relaxation and serenity. The town is a 10 to 15 minutes walk. The pier, 7/11, bakery and many bars and restaurants. Tons of scooters which are basically the only mean of transportation if you don’t want to walk. A nice night market open nightly with good food and souvenirs. After being in Koh Samui for over a month as older people we enjoyed Thongsala because of the ease of walking to town. If you like to shop you will find hundreds of typical beach shopping. The town itself is surprisingly quite big. Definitely on top of our list for favorite beach town.

Overall a good hotel with 2-3 bungalows only and well located (5-10 minutes from the pier). Newly refurbished, very quiet, you can even enjoy a hammock on the balcony. The young lady is very friendly, helpful, and responsive when you need anything :) The owner is also helpful and will send you recommendations of coffee shops and instructions to arrive to the hotel.

I love the vibe here. It was my First night on the Island and i could Connect with a Lot of people there, because it still got that Hostel Flair. I think If your traveling on your own or want to interakt with other people Its perfect. But If your looking for a super luxurious Hotel it might not be the one for you. I Loved ist and would come Back anytime.

Lovely little hostel, super clean and the staff are very friendly! If you’re looking for somewhere away from all the party travellers this is the spot, plus it’s super cheap! Great location: next to Thongsala Pier, just a 5 minute walk around the corner so no need to pay for any taxis! Also super close to Pantip Market and lots of bike rentals around

Excellent location! Quiet, yet just a few steps from the main city areas. The nearby food court was very convenient for meals. Breakfast was tasty, even though there were not many options. The hotel offers pick-up and drop-off services to the pier, and Thong Sala itself is a convenient base for exploring the whole Koh Phangan island.

Very clean and comfortable bed! All the staff were so so lovely I wish I got the man on receptions name he’s a credit to the hotel so lovely. Love that you can scan a qr code and order food and drinks to your room and sunbeds! Food in the resturant is sooo good.
