The guest was very friendly, welcoming and kinds. He would offer to help me with everything I needed. It is very rare to find such hospitality. He treated me like family. Before I came a problem came up suddenly and I had to cancel. I messaged the property if I could get a full refund even tho the policy said only partial if a certain date had passed, and they were willing to send me a full refund, even tho against their policy. This happens very rarely. So kind of them, but I still made the trip. The accommodation was very good. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property is located around 150 meters from the metro-bus if you want to go it the center of Istanbul. Highly recommend booking your stay here.

I had a very good stay during my visit to the tuyap Fair in Istanbul. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the tuyap Convention Center, which made everything easy and convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff made the experience even better. Special thanks to Kadir (Manager) and Erdem (Supervisor) for their professionalism. A big appreciation to Kenan for his warm welcome, helpful attitude throughout my stay. Bita was also very kind and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.

If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. The place has everything you need from the restaurants,...

The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

The location is beautiful, I took it on the sea with an additional cost, the price is expensive compared to its location and the services provided, the room service needs more cleaning in the room than removing dust from most parts of the room, as the table was full of dust and he did not clean it and went out, then I told them what this dust is, so he came back and cleaned it politely. A beautiful hotel, but the price is high even compared to prices in Europe, because in the end you are on the outskirts of Istanbul
