I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. What impressed me most was their kindness and excellent hospitality. Even though the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM without any extra charge because they saw that we were tired after traveling. This thoughtful gesture truly made us happy and left a very positive impression. Thank you for your generosity and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The team at Mezova hotel, especially Şeymus (thank you!), is incredibly kind and attentive! The breakfast is wonderful, very delicious, and plenty. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the old town, in a beautifully restored old stone building.

Rooms are spacious and city center of the old town. We really appreciate the host and team for the attention and the amazing breakfast

Great stay, everything was excellent. The staff in particular Mr Ibrahim was very diligent, helpful and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant.

We LOVED our stay at Zerzevan Hotel! What a jewel in the city of Mardin. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! We could only stay one night and wish we could stay much longer. If this place is available when you are visiting Mardin, book it! It is small so it is personal, quaint, and so lovely.

Location was great. They actually upgraded us to a room with a balcony which had a fantastic view. That made the place all the more better.

The welcoming by Hatice and her care for making our stay at Kasrı Hatun Konaği as comfortable as possible, was exceptional 👍 the rest of the staff was also very good. The breakfast was excellent and could be served at the terrace (weather permitting). Highly recommended

Mr. Hakan, the director of Aryan Butik Hotel and also the other manager, Mr. Abdul Rahman were excellent! And my room was phenomenal! I felt as if I were in a palace with modern amenities. I slept very well and enjoyed the decor. Also the convenience factor was amazing - its central location provided getting a taxi with ease, access to amazing stores, etc. I definitely plan to return this summer!

This is a beautiful gem in Mardin, with nice rooms, excellent breakfast, and very kind people. I stayed 9 nights in room 3, and loved the atmosphere, bathtub, and wood fireplace on cool or stormy nights. It is a short walk to 1. Cadde where all the shops and restaurants are, about 1.5 km up quiet, wandering, residential stone alleys with stairs. If you don’t do stairs it is easy to get a taxi up the hill, and the staff will arrange rides there or to the airport, or down through the valley if you fancy an excursion to monasteries, madrasas, Midyat, or wherever your heart desires. If you don’t speak Turkish or Kurdish, no problem, you can communicate through a translation app on your phone. The beautiful people working here are what sets this place apart. I so greatly enjoyed getting to know Rezan, Züleyha, Sade, and little Rizgar. A highlight of my stay was having easy conversations and lingering over meals, coffee, and tea. I was traveling alone, but it didn’t feel like it because here I was treated as family. They even prepared a birthday cake for my time here.

The view from the terrace was amazing! Also the hotel is very beautiful I recommend to stay in this hotel.
