It was clean exceptionally, the staff was kind and supportive, the breakfasts were until 10:30am during weekend yet, they keep serving guests kindly who arrive even at/after 10:30am. It was an overall exceptionally satifactory stay for us.

The entire place is absolutely breathtaking, the view and surrounding nature feel like a dream. The seating area by the sea is simply magical. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the breakfast was outstanding.

It has one of the best views overlooking Sapanca Lake! The room is spacious with all that is required. Incredibly friendly staff that are helpful, special thanks to Amir for his kindness.

The staff was friendly and polite, but after a long drive we were disappointed to find out we couldn’t visit the lake and no breakfast (which was included in the price) the cabin was cute but things like the remote not working were added irritants… again we were treated kindly burn, we did not get what we thought , lake view , breakfast was why we chose it. It’s a long drive to show up late and. It get what you thought you paid for.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect except a few things to be mentioned below. It has a large yard of its own for parking cars and a lawn garden.

Charming view, beautiful nature, wonderful pool with heated water and amazing breakfast. The people there are so kind and helpful. They answer any request on spot, they brought us a blinder to the room to make our own juice !! Thanks to Volkan, Younis and Sherif

The staff were very kind and always ready to help. The villas looked just like the photos, beautiful and clean. The place had amazing views of the city and mountains, and it felt peaceful in the woods. The pool and villa were warm and cozy. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it. I’d love to come back again!
