I like the room because they have the spa bath, it's very spacious. I like that the hotel offers free drinks when we checked in, and later at night there's Alco night. It's a very relaxing trip for us. Also, they offer free use of chiropractic & soft pillows where you can left it at the room once you checked out.

Great cold and hot springs resort with very comfortable Japanese style family room, delicious dinner and breakfast, exceptional facilities with multiple outdoor and indoor pools with hydro massage and saunas. Staff was very courteous and helpful!
