We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the mountain and it felt like an amazing oasis with our own private hot springs in the clouds. I could have stayed forever! It was so beautiful that we never went downstairs to try the larger facilities. The breakfast buffet both mornings was fantastic and the woman cooking was very helpful at explaining everything in English to my daughters.

Lovely and generous place, hotel is a bit old but try their best to provides everything. Comfy room and clean with big bath tub. There are food service, breakfast, afternoon food and tea and light food in the evening.

Great location within walking distance to the main street with plenty of food options. Breakfast provided was simple but the taste was good.

Every staffs we met was very helpful. The facilities are wonderful. There were breakfast, happy hour and night time snacks. They really tried to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable!

Great spacious room, great location

There were all of the facilities present. The SPA ws also included. The hotel is just besides a 7 eleven. So, there was no problem with food.

The staff is very kind and helpful, had kindly helped us to make arrangement to send back our baggage which we accidentally left at the hotel.

Loved the bathtub with fresh hot spring water. Great service and room was wonderfully clean and well designed. The indoor playground was well designed and sufficiently spacious for toddlers. Great food options around the hotel. It’s a great base for families who don’t want to stay in the hotel all day (if you do- go to Silks place).

Kilin hotel is conveniently located in Jiaoxi, where there were multiple food options and convenience stalls nearby. The breakfast spread offered was also amazing, more than sufficient to start the day well. The provision of yakult was also very lovely to help woth digestion. All staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. We had to request for a change in bedsheets due to a little accident, and it was quickly addressed by the housekeeping team. The spa facilities at Kilin Hotel were also very enjoyable with two options available. Level 3 obe is more suitable for family with young children while the rooftop one offers great views. Overall, an enjoyable stay with Kilon Hotel

Wonderful location, super friendly staff, exceptional breakfast, and convenient in-room onsen/hot tub - everything was perfect, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here the next time we visit Jiaoxi.

Cosy hotel, quiet location, great service, very near to sunday night market

The location is perfect, within walking distance from Jiaoxi bus station. It is clean and spacious with a lovely bathtub. The breakfast was delightful! I loved the noodle soup 米粉湯. There are many cafes around the hotel. It is a great place to relax.

The location is great! Right at the center of the hot spring resort.

The breakfast was amazing! There are different options for different days; it's a set meal. Rice is optional, there is coffee or tea available. There was also an afternoon tea time but really it's snacks but can be also treated like an early dinner option with the various choices! The room that we stayed in was amazing! The onsen on the bathroom itself was amazing! Everything was wonderful and amazing. It's near a convenience stores, there are restaurants near there and parks.

The room was comfy but a bit small. The tub, however, was wonderful and very large. We enjoyed the communal hot spring and the other amenities. The breakfast was also nice. The location was perfect.

Comfortable room with a nice in-room tub to enjoy hot spring. A bit over priced for the overall quality of the hotel.
