The view from the back of the building is phenomenal! The mountains and trees in the distance are beautiful, and the area is so secluded from the loud sounds of a city. Loved the sound of running water from both the fountain they have and the creek that runs through the backyard of the property. And they have a fire pit available for use, which was our favorite part! Amazing place to stay if you enjoy nature especially.

Love staying here! My fiancé and I come up every December 11th and 12th as it was where I asked her if she “officially” wanted to be my girlfriend! Chester holds a very special place for us and so does this perfectly cute and cozy hotel. Specifically room, 210 ❤️ 😉 We will always stay at The Antlers Inn when we visit Chester, will see you next year!

Our studio cottage had absolutely everything you could think of to make us comfortable. It was sparkling clean and nicely arranged. Honestly the double bed was more comfortable to sleep in than my (very) expensive mattress back home; I slept like a rock. Nicest camp host you could ever meet and if I stayed there any longer we probably would have ended up as best friends. My husband and I would have definitely stayed longer if we could.

This property is absolutely incredible!

This property is absolutely incredible! Although it doesn't look like much from the outside since it is still in the process of being renovated, the inside is completely updated and modern, with the same room ammenities you'd receive in a bigger hotel. The best part, however, is the view outside! It's nestled in Lassen National Forest, and Mt. Lassen is visible in the distance. There is a creek that runs through the backyard of the property, plus an old trout pond (soon to be up and running again) with a fountain and a fire pit. We absolutely loved spending our evening here and highly recommend it, especially if you love nature!
